Amy Orzechowski

Amy Orzechowski, ISP, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, security, and intelligence analysis. Amy currently serves as the Chief People Officer at RealmOne since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at INNOPLEX, LLC starting in February 2021. Amy also worked as the Director of Human Capital at BrainTrust Holdings LLC from September 2019 to February 2021. Amy has a background in security management, having served as the Senior Manager of Security at HII Technical Solutions and as the Director of Security and Human Resources at G2, Inc. Amy gained experience in this field through their role as a Security Manager at Deloitte from August 2009 to November 2012. Amy started their career as an Intelligence Analyst/SSO in the US Army from August 1998 to September 2006.

Amy Orzechowski obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Security and Management from the same university, studying from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in their education, they attended Cochise College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Intelligence Operations, with a focus on Military Strategic Intelligence. In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications, including the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, which they obtained in 2022, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification obtained in September 2017, and the Industrial Security Professional certification obtained in June 2009 from NCMS, Inc. - The Society of Industrial Security Professionals.
