Bruno Ramalho

Bruno Ramalho is an experienced DevOps Engineer at RealNetworks since April 2016, focusing on the support and development of Vivo's Ring Back Tone system, as well as automation software development and requirements analysis for new projects. Prior to this role, Bruno served as a Senior System Engineer, managing the deployment and support of Vivo's Ring Back Tone system along with a Linux server farm, Oracle Database, and network devices. Bruno's previous experience includes network administration at TIVIT for Votorantim, as well as troubleshooting networking issues at HP Brasil, and providing support for WAN problems at AT&T. Bruno holds an MBA in Project Management from IBTA and a degree in Telecommunications from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
