Kounghun Kim

Kounghun Kim is a Senior Software Development Engineer at RealNetworks, with experience since May 2008 in designing, developing, and deploying key systems for subscriber management and Ring-Back Tone services. Notable achievements include the development of an announcement system capable of handling 300 TPS requests, the migration of over 2 million subscriber profiles from Oracle to PostgreSQL, and leadership in a data center migration project for T-Mobile. Prior experience includes senior software engineering roles at Widerthan and Xener Systems Ltd., where Kounghun Kim worked with various programming languages and Oracle databases. Kounghun Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ulsan, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
