David Orwick

Client Success Manager at RealNex

David Orwick started their work experience as a Part-Time DJ at WPOS Christian Radio in 1991 and held this role until 2004. From 1995 to 2004, they worked as a Sales Manager at Lucas Products Corporation, where they were responsible for global sales, marketing, training, and representing the company at trade shows and customer events. In 2005, David joined Entaq, Inc. as an Office Manager/Lead Generation and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at ARGUS Software and became a Certified ARGUS DCF Valuation and Developer Sales Representative, achieving the annual sales quota for two consecutive years. In 2017, David became the President of Orwick & Associate and started working at RealNex as a Lead Manager and then as a Client Satisfaction Manager. David currently holds the position of a Client Success Manager at RealNex, LLC, starting in October 2018.

David Orwick attended North Olmsted High School from 1960 to 1964, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry and Math. Following high school, they pursued further education at Baldwin Wallace University from 1964 to 1968, focusing on Chemistry. In addition to their formal education, David Orwick obtained two certifications: ARGUS Developer Certified from ARGUS Software in October 2011, and ARGUS DCF Valuation Certified, also from ARGUS Software, in May 2011.
