Dan Mares is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, shared services, and financial consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting - M&A Integration & Shared Services at RealPage, Inc. since October 2018, Dan previously held the role of Managing Director at Riveron Consulting, where significant expertise in transaction support was developed. Earlier career positions include various roles at Intel Security, culminating as Worldwide Controller, and significant tenures at Riveron Consulting, Perot Systems, and Ernst & Young. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
