Nailya Dovletova, CAMS, currently serves as Vice President of Risk and Compliance at RealPage, Inc., where leadership focuses on risk management for a payments conglomerate exceeding $130 billion. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of AML and Payments at AppFolio, Inc., and Head of Compliance for the Americas at Currencycloud, where management of compliance frameworks and enhancement of financial security were pivotal. Dovletova built the compliance department at Arcus and designed compliance strategies at WorldFirst and Western Union. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
