Randy Jones

Randy Jones is the VP of User Experience at RealPage, Inc., where they lead teams of UX researchers, designers, and developers to create a positive renting experience. Since joining RealPage in 2017, they have focused on making product development more user-centric through simplified design thinking. Prior to this role, Randy served as Design Director at ohai, inc., where they oversaw the art team and contributed to the successful launch of multiple titles. They also owned Aquatoad Design, a full-service graphic design company specializing in various design services. With a career spanning over two decades, Randy has continually worked to enhance user experience in unique and engaging ways.
