Robert Franklin

Robert Franklin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in e-commerce and product development, currently serving as SVP and GM of Resident Solutions at RealPage, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Robert was the SVP of Ecommerce and Growth at Warby Parker, leading a team focused on digital channels and customer acquisition. Robert also held the position of SVP of Ecommerce at Peloton Interactive, overseeing a $2 billion global business, and served as Head of Product for Merch by Amazon, managing a substantial team in product management and operations. Earlier roles include COO at Branding Brand, Sr. Director of Ecommerce at Dick's Sporting Goods, and Vice President of Product Development at Ticketmaster. Robert began the career at IAC and Amazon.com, contributing to significant product initiatives and market research. Robert holds a bachelor's degree in English from Stanford University.
