Paul Cecil

Paul Cecil is a financial analyst who currently works for reAlpha. Paul has also worked for Plan Asset Recovery, Hallmark Properties, Klout Machine, Blue Logic Capital, and Business Builders.

At Hallmark Properties, Cecil designed a financial model from scratch for a three-location development project and additional acquisition in the senior housing industry. This model is now being used to pitch to lenders and investors. Cecil also created accompanying marketing materials, including a one-pager, pitch deck, development plans, advertisements, websites, and funnels. Paul played a significant role in developing strategy for terms of the offering in PPM/LPA.

At Blue Logic Capital, Cecil was the lead venture analyst. Their responsibilities included conducting market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and modeling. Paul also created investment memos and presentations for the partners and investors.

Cecil is also a member/mentor/advisor for Business Builders. In this role, they provide advice and guidance to entrepreneurs who are starting or growing their businesses. Paul also helps them connect with resources and opportunities.

Paul Cecil received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Paul also received Certification from Bloomberg LP in Bloomberg Market Concepts.
