Justin Real

Justin Real has held a variety of roles in the business and technology industries since 2009. Justin began their career as a Justice Intern for the International Institute for Justice and Development in 2009. Justin then joined MEDITECH as an Implementation Specialist in 2011, followed by a role as a Real Estate Professional at Boardwalk Properties. In 2012, they became an Implementation Consultant for IHRDC, and in 2015, they were a Strategic Consultant for Beck Bode Wealth Management while simultaneously pursuing an MBA at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Most recently, in 2018, Justin founded Realplay Sports, where they created the Realplay Video technology as a means of providing athletes with video of their performance.

Justin Real attended The Rivers School prior to 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Union College and earned both a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government. In 2015, they attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
