Dennis Dull, MAI

Dennis Dull, MAI has been working in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2008, when they began working as a Commercial Appraiser/Consultant for Keller, Craig & Associates. In 2015, they co-founded realquantum, where they served as Chief Strategy Officer, and in 2017 they joined the Appraisal Institute - KC Chapter as a member of the Board of Directors, eventually becoming President in 2018.

Dennis Dull, MAI completed a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arkansas from 1978 to 1982. Dennis then attended The Master's Seminary from 1988 to 1992, where they earned an M-Div in Theology, Greek exegesis, and Biblical Exposition.
