Erika Cappa

Erika Cappa has extensive work experience in various industries. Erika is currently the Director of Brokerage Relationships at RealScout, a real estate technology company based in Silicon Valley. In this role, they are responsible for matching homebuyers and homes, and has successfully powered the real estate businesses of over 75,000 practitioners.

Prior to their current position, Erika worked at RE/MAX INTEGRA as the Director of Technology Management & Support. During their time there, they led a team that provided platform and customer support to over 17,000 individuals in North America. Erika consistently reviewed processes to ensure efficiency, resulting in a 95% customer satisfaction rate and a 60-minute response time. Erika also played a key role in implementing three full technology platform transitions and developed strategic plans to increase adoption for all provided tech platforms.

Before their career in the real estate industry, Erika served as a Military Police Sergeant in the US Army from 2005 to 2010.

Erika Cappa completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Liberty University from 2018 to 2022.
