Lauren Cummings-Stanislaus

Lauren Cummings-Stanislaus has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Realstar Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager at Nido Student from August 2018 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at GSA - Global Student Accommodation from October 2016 to July 2018. Lauren also gained experience as an HR Advisor at Threesixty Developments from April 2013 to September 2016 and as an HR Assistant at Residential Management Group Limited from December 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, they completed an internship as the High Commission Co-ordinator at the High Commission for Grenada from July 2010 to September 2010, where they organized the Grenada Youth Forum and handled consular queries. Lauren'scareer started with an administrative assistant role at YMCA Camp Hi-Rock in 2008.

Lauren Cummings-Stanislaus completed a BA Hons degree in History from King's College London from 2007 to 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (CIPD Advanced Level) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of London.
