Stefano Sirolli

Stefano Sirolli is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the conversion and transformation of industrial sites, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of RealStep SICAF since June 2007. Under Stefano Sirolli's leadership, the company has successfully acquired and transformed former industrial complexes exceeding 350,000 square meters in Milan. Prior to this role, Stefano Sirolli held the position of Executive Director at Estate4 & CCProperty Advisor, overseeing the development and restructuring of more than 100,000 square meters of industrial sites in Milan. Stefano Sirolli's career also includes significant positions at Industri Kapital as the Italian Country Head, Morgan Stanley as Vice President in Investment Banking Division, and as Assistant to the CEO at GIM & SMI. Early experiences include work in privatization at IRI for major companies in Italy and a foundation built as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Educationally, Stefano Sirolli earned a degree in Economia e Commercio with honors from the Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'.
