Jim Liao is an accomplished marketing manager with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Realtek Semiconductor Corp. since October 2015, Jim's product planning efforts were recognized with a Computex Best Choice Award in 2017. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Marketing Manager at Microchip Technology from June 2014 to September 2015 and achieved significant revenue growth at ISSC Technologies Corp., where product line revenue doubled from $30 million to $65 million in 2013 and received the Innovative Product Award of Hsinchu Science Park Taiwan in 2014. Jim’s career began with roles in technical engineering, including Senior ASIC Engineer and ASIC Design Engineer. Educationally, Jim holds a master's degree in Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and a bachelor's degree in Power Mechanics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
