Pauline Touja

Pauline Touja is an experienced asset manager with a strong background in property valuation and asset management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Realterm since January 2023, Pauline previously held the position of Asset Manager for France and Italy at Mapletree from March 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Pauline was a Property Valuer in the International Team at CBRE from January 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included property assessments for various real estate projects, valuation reporting, and market analysis. Pauline holds a Master’s degree in audit expertise conseil en immobilier from GROUPE ESPI and a Licence in Law from Université de Bordeaux.
