Shalini Khatri is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at RealThingks GmbH since October 2024, Shalini previously held the position of Human Resource Manager at Auscomp Computers Pty Ltd for a short tenure in early 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Recruitment Success Manager L3 at NextHire, where Shalini managed internal hiring processes for InCred Money and oversaw end-to-end recruitment for various tech and non-tech roles. As a Recruitment Executive at Placewell Group, Shalini developed skills in handling comprehensive recruitment activities.
