Jim Eichler, CISSP, CEH, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades.

Jim began their career as a Software Engineer at Texas Instruments in 1984 and worked there until 1994. Jim then joined Electronic Form Systems as a Software Engineer for one year before moving on to TRW as a Software Engineer for a few months.

In 1995, Jim started their own company, Eichler Enterprises, Inc., where they worked as a Software Contractor until 1998. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Siemens from 1998 to 2005, and at Efficient Networks from 1998 to 2005.

In 2005, Jim joined Raytheon Intelligence & Space as a Principal Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Principal Systems Engineer in 2015. As a Principal Systems Engineer, they were responsible for the development of hardware and software solutions in the RADAR domain. Jim worked on computer hardware architecture, networking, hardware-software integration, and provided technical field support for customer installations. Jim then served as the Secure Systems Engineering Lead from 2019 to 2022 at the same company.

Most recently, Jim has joined The Realtime Group in 2023 as a Systems Engineering/Cyber professional, a role for which duration information is not available.

Throughout their career, Jim has gained certifications as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), showcasing their expertise in the field of cybersecurity.

Jim Eichler, CISSP, CEH, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math & Computer Science from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1982 to 1984. Jim has also obtained various certifications, including the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in July 2021, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in March 2021, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in August 2020.
