Brian Lapham

Brian Lapham brings personality, kindness, thoroughness and IT expertise to the RealTime team. His 20 years of IT experience makes it easy for him to transition between helping clients with basic IT questions to making complex projects happen. He is also the 2nd half of the IT Shorts team so he gets to flex his marketing muscle throughout the year.

Brian has two of the most important traits of an excellent service provider: an attention to detail, and the perseverance to solve problems. With certifications in both Microsoft and ITIL, RealTime clients have come to appreciate his enthusiasm and expertise.

Brian attended Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois and is an active member of the Army National Guard.
