Tricia Saunders

Tricia Saunders is the current Controller at RealTime I.T. Tricia has held this position since August of 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Accountant at Flowers Hospital from June 2016 to August 2020. Before that, they were a Temp Senior Staff Accountant at Corvias Military Living, LLC from November 2015 to June 2016. Tricia Saunders began their career as an accountant at the Houston Economic Development Association from November 2009 to September 2015. There, they provided support to the CEO and supervised the accounting, audit, teller, and vault personnel. Tricia was also responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Tricia Saunders participated in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner. Tricia also prepared and had final accountability for ensuring accurate and efficient cash collection, reconciling, and reporting of all game and floor cash total reports. Finally, they were responsible for preparing the month-end closing process to ensure accurate reporting of financial information.

Tricia Saunders graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Troy University Dothan in December 2004. While at Troy University Dothan, they were on the Dean’s List and received an Academic Scholarship. Tricia then went on to earn their Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Troy University Dothan.

Tricia Saunders reports to Elaine Taylor, CEO, Partner. Tricia Saunders works with Terri Bailey - Senior Healthcare Consultant, Todd Swartzman - VP, Partner, and Brian Lapham - Director of IT Operations.
