Xianchao Long

Xianchao Long is a seasoned professional in the field of robotics, currently serving as a Principal Robotics Scientist at Realtime Robotics, Inc. since November 2017, and has progressed through roles including Staff Robotics Scientist and Senior Robotics Scientist. Previously, Xianchao held the position of Research Assistant at Northeastern University from May 2016 to September 2017, and also served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from August 2011 to May 2016. An internship at MathWorks took place from May 2014 to January 2015. Xianchao Long has an extensive academic background, holding a PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Northeastern University, a PhD in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master's degree in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Hunan University.
