Aaron Eschenbacher

Aaron Eschenbacher is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Controller at RealTime Solutions® since June 2024. Previously, Aaron held the role of Director of Finance at Avenica from January 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing daily accounting functions, managing financial reporting, and coordinating audits. Earlier experience as a Staff Accountant at GradStaff, Inc. from November 2007 to December 2017 involved managing the general ledger, processing payroll, and preparing financial statements. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The College of St. Scholastica and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Lakes College.
