Tanya Ward English is an experienced professional in the field of transcription and captioning, currently serving as a Creator at CaptionTools since January 2020, where tools for captioning internet video are developed. Tanya has been the President of Realtime Transcription, Inc. since May 2008, focusing on providing instantaneous and accurate voice-to-text services that enhance the accessibility of online media. Previously, from May 1994 to August 2021, Tanya held the position of President/CEO at Florida Realtime/Caption Crew, specializing in realtime captioning and CART services for individuals with hearing loss in diverse environments such as educational institutions and corporate events. Tanya earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Court Reporting from Mile Hi College of Business between 1983 and 1986.
