Colin Radca

Colin Radca is a Design Engineer I at Dashiell Corporation, part of Quanta Services, since February 2024, previously serving as a Graduate Engineer. Colin is also a coach for Grey Duck Lacrosse, starting in January 2025. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at McNally Tunneling Corporation, where collaboration with electricians and engineers contributed to the design and construction of the Shoreline Storage Tunnel for Project Clean Lake. From June 2019 to May 2022, Colin worked as a house painter at Neubert Painting, Inc. during seasonal breaks from educational commitments. Earlier experience includes a brief role as a food clerk at Meijer. Colin holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton, completed in December 2023.
