Jim Burian

Jim Burian currently serves as the Regional Practice Leader for Fire Protection Engineering at Telgian since April 2024, while also working as a Real Estate Broker at Realtopia Real Estate Inc since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Jim gained extensive experience at UL from June 2011 to April 2024, where responsibilities included Engineering Leader for the Built Environment, Project Engineer, Associate Project Engineer, Engineer, and Laboratory Technician. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completed in 2012.
