Erin Robichaud

Erin Robichaud currently serves as the Manager of Talent Attraction Process & Systems at Realtor.com since April 2022. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Manager of Employee Services & Global HR Operations at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from January 2019 to April 2022. Erin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having worked as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs, Systems & Operations and Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs and Systems at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Fresenius Medical Care, respectively. Earlier in Erin's career, diverse roles included Diversity Compliance Program Manager, Recruitment Strategist, and Recruiter at Lifespan, and Recruiter at Partners Healthcare. Erin holds a BA in Psychology from Marist University and an HR Management Certificate from Bryant University.
