Miwa Gardner is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Executive Recruiter at Realtor.com since May 2022, Miwa previously held roles at Facebook and Google, where significant expertise was developed in executive recruiting. Prior experience includes management consulting at A.T. Kearney and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School for a global course on supply chain management. Miwa earned an MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management and a Master's Degree in International Studies with a focus on East Asian Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
