Jason Munger

Jason Munger, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Site Leader at RealTruck, where responsibilities include leading corporate continuous improvement initiatives across 31 brands and 35 facilities. Key achievements include creating a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) system with Power BI and co-authoring the RealTruck Operation System (RTOS) to enhance Lean and Operational Excellence practices. Previous experience encompasses roles such as Operations Value Stream Manager at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Lean Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions, and General Manager of Operational Excellence at Roll-Kraft, among others. Jason Munger holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
