Shivam Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. In 2018, they worked as a Business Development and Client Servicing executive at Sideways6.in until 2019. In 2021, they interned at Aashman Foundation from February to August and also worked as a Chat Support Executive at EXXP from March to May. Later in the same year, they worked as a Professional Consultant at Sonyo Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from October 2021 to May 2022. From May 2022 to April 2023, they served as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Bullmen Realty India. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager in Human Resources Talent Acquisition at Realty Assistant, starting from June 2023.

Shivam Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Event Management from Gems B School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Marketing Management from Banaras Hindu University between 2013 and 2016. Before university, they completed their Intermediate education in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2011 to 2013.
