Vikas Khurana

Vikas Khurana has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vikas began their career at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2001, where they held roles such as Regional Business Manager and Scientific Business Manager. In 2002, they joined Nicholas Piramal India Ltd as a Training Manager. Vikas then moved to Max Newyork Life Insurance in 2005, where they served as the Regional Training Head until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Investors Clinic Infratech Ltd as the Head of Training. In 2018, they joined Propshop Real Estate Consultant as the Head of Training and Development. Finally, in 2023, they became the President of L&D and Business Strategy at Realty Assistant.

From 2000 to 2010, Vikas Khurana attended Panjab University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree and also obtained an Associate in Life Insurance from III. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Training, specializing in Management and Training.
