Lascelles Patterson FRICS is a seasoned real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Realty Associates Florida Properties, Inc. since June 2012, Lascelles specializes in the marketing of residential real estate across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Previously, Lascelles held the position of Broker at Eagle Realty Services, Inc. from May 1995 to August 2006, focusing on residential real estate sales. Before this, Lascelles served as the Director of Beneficiary Services at the National Housing Trust from 1978 to 1981, overseeing department management. Lascelles holds a degree in Estate Management from West London College/London University and a diploma in Agriculture from Jamaica School of Agriculture. Lascelles is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
