Luke Niemiro

Luke Niemiro is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and real estate. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at GoDaddy since May 2022, Luke utilizes extensive legal expertise developed through previous roles, including Managing Contracts Attorney at Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. and Sr. Corporate Attorney at Forsythe Technology, LLC. Throughout a career that began in 1999, Luke has managed contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance while providing strategic legal guidance to executive management. Additionally, Luke has been an active Real Estate Broker with Realty Associates Network Inc. since March 2014. Luke holds a JD from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management from DePaul University.
