Chelsea Ehlert is an experienced professional in the real estate and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Associate Manager, Agent Experience at Realty Austin since March 2023. Previously, Chelsea held positions including Southwest Agent Experience Manager, where responsibilities involved improving new agent productivity and retention through analytical skill development. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Experience Specialist at Garver, addressing individual HR needs, and as a Transaction Manager at Compass, ensuring compliance and accuracy in real estate transactions.
