Eddie Karam is an experienced commercial broker and consultant with a career spanning several decades in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Broker/Associate at Realty Austin since February 2019, Eddie utilizes extensive knowledge in commercial real estate development to guide clients through a meticulous due diligence process. As a Broker/Consultant at Karam Company since June 1974, Eddie focuses on meeting buyer's needs and offering development consultation. Previously, Eddie held the position of President at W.F.Karam, Inc. from January 1988 to March 2015, where expertise in negotiating transactions and capital raising was paired with training and managing a team of 30 employees in various real estate functions. Eddie holds a BBA in Real Estate Development from The University of Texas at El Paso, as well as a BBA from Jesuit High, UTEP.
