Jolene Weinstein currently serves as President at PorchLight Real Estate Group, having assumed the role in February 2024. Prior to this position, Jolene held multiple titles at Realty Austin and Realty San Antonio from February 2012 to February 2024, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Head of Sales. Jolene's responsibilities included overseeing operations and training and managing agent success, focusing on delivering exceptional real estate experiences. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Partner at Premier Realty, where Jolene was involved in training and operational management, as well as positions as a REALTOR at ReMax South Ogden and office manager at James Shoecraft, P.C., and Save Our Springs Alliance. Jolene also has a background in settlement and accounting from Jim S. Adler.
