Paulina G. is an experienced operations coordinator currently working at Realty Austin since July 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina served as a project manager at AUSTINDEEP, where responsibilities included recruiting talent for a massage therapy certification program and managing the admissions process. Previous experience includes two years as a virtual English instructor with VIPKid, focusing on language lessons for young Chinese students, and serving as a community manager for TEDxPlazaOlavideWomen, where marketing strategies and brand awareness were developed. Paulina also worked as an English language and culture assistant at the Spanish Ministry of Education, teaching a variety of subjects to young students, and as a communications manager for El Salon del Artista, executing bilingual content strategies. Paulina holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from St. Edward's University.
