Currently serving as the Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator for the Office of Central Procurement in Suffolk County, New York, since November 2012, Tom coordinates the procurement of consulting agreements across various county departments. In addition, Tom acts as an Associate Broker at Realty Connect USA, guiding clients in real estate transactions, and holds the position of President at Park Row Homeowners Association, overseeing a significant homeowners association. Previous roles include President/Editor-in-Chief at Tango Publishing, Executive Director of Suffolk County Parks Foundation, and Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator for the Suffolk County Parks Department, where Tom successfully secured substantial grant funding. With a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Tom brings a strong educational foundation to a multifaceted career.
