Dana Brown

Dana Brown currently serves as the Area Development Director for UNCF (United Negro College Fund) Virginia, a position held since October 2021, where responsibilities include establishing fundraising goals and conducting annual fundraising campaigns to support UNCF member institutions and students. Prior experience includes serving as Development Director at the National Kidney Foundation from August 2016 to October 2021, focusing on fundraising strategies and special events. Prior roles include Development Manager at the National Kidney Foundation, Development and Marketing Coordinator, and Development Assistant at the Library of Virginia Foundation, along with experience as a Teaching Assistant at Peter Paul Development Center and Retail Associate at The Virginia Shop.
