Coleen Sawaya

Coleen Sawaya currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Vitality IO, Inc. since December 2023 and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional with Realty Executives Dillon since October 2019. Coleen held the position of National Sales Manager at Multifamily Utility Company from January 2022 to December 2023 and previously worked at Conservice The Utility Experts® from May 2012 to December 2021 in various roles including National Military Sales Manager and Director of Military Solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Military Operations at Minol USA from April 2008 to April 2012, where significant growth was achieved in the military billing division. Additionally, Coleen held the position of Director of Military Operations at ista North America from May 1996 to April 2008, along with other managerial roles in operations, training, and customer service. Coleen earned an MBA in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
