Anita Morrell

Anita Morrell has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Anita started their career in 1994 as a Broker for Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co., where they worked for 11 years. In 2008, they established their own company, Morrell Real Estate Services, LLC, as the Owner/Principal Broker. In 2009, they became a Partner/Owner and Principal Broker at Realty Executives Bristol and also served as the Principal Broker at the same company. In 2014, they were selected by their peers to serve as the President of the Bristol TN/VA Association of REALTORS. Throughout their career, Anita Morrell has been involved in various roles including real estate sales, rentals, property management, and leadership positions.

Anita Morrell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 1974 and 1976. Prior to that, in 1973-1974, they attended Lipscomb University, although their degree and field of study are unknown.
