Pauline Villa

Pauline Villa is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business ownership and public service. As the Business Owner of El Charro Cafe since June 2015 and a Real Estate Agent with Realty Executives Phoenix since April 2021, Villa demonstrates strong entrepreneurial and sales skills. Previously, Villa served as a Board Member for the State of Arizona Acupuncture Board of Examiners from February 2016 to April 2018 and held a significant role as a Probation Supervisor/Drug Court Coordinator with the Arizona Supreme Court from May 1998 to October 2016. In this capacity, Villa managed probation functions, established policies, and ensured compliance with grant expenditures. Additionally, Villa was a Commissioner for the Arizona Parents Commission on Substance Abuse on Drug Education and Prevention from February 2007 to August 2009. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Northern Arizona University and an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona Western College.
