John Ayala

John Ayala is a seasoned real estate professional currently with Realty Executives Premiere, where expertise and tools enhance client service since August 2012. Previously, John served as Broker/Owner at Apex Realty, Inc from December 2005 to August 2012, while also being a Certified Distress Property Expert. Before venturing into real estate, John held the position of Chief Estimator at Silvestri Paving from 1991 to 2002 and worked as Margin Manager at Ira Epstein Commodities from 1985 to 1987, managing substantial trading accounts.
