Andrew Luu

Andrew Luu is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in real estate and finance transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Transformation & Strategy at Realty Income Corporation since 2018, Andrew has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Systems and Senior Real Estate Accountant. Prior to Realty Income Corporation, Andrew worked as a Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant at Westcore from 2016 to 2018. Andrew's career began at Considine & Considine, CPAs, where valuable experience was gained as an Accountant from 2009 to 2015, and included a role as Operations Manager at Forman Performance, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from San Diego State University.
