David Fredriks

David Fredriks currently serves as Vice President and Head of Financial Reporting at Realty Income Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Jack in the Box from December 2018 to February 2023, including Senior Director and Director of Financial Reporting. David also worked at Digirad as Corporate Controller from March 2016 to December 2018, and at Pulse Electronics Corporation in multiple capacities, including Corporate Controller and North American Controller, from July 2009 to December 2015. David's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where David earned experience as a Manager in the Global Capital Markets Group and as a Senior Associate. David holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas, earned between 1997 and 2002.
