Derek Kosnak

Derek Kosnak is a seasoned professional in enterprise applications and project management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Realty Income Corporation since April 2022, after a role as Manager in the same department. Previously, Derek held the position of Tech Lead for Real Estate Applications at Prologis, where collaboration and strategic technical solutions were central to responsibilities.
