John Fontana

John Fontana is an experienced IT program management professional with a diverse background in project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT Program Management at Realty Income Corporation since November 2022, John leads enterprise-wide projects and oversees departmental governance and budgeting. Prior roles include Sr. Lead Technical Project Manager at Lumen Technologies, where John significantly improved project delivery metrics, and Director of IT PMO at Prologis, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a SharePoint site for the EPMO. Earlier experience encompasses leadership roles in program management, strategic initiatives, and integration across organizations such as ViaWest, OpTerra Energy Group, and Level 3 Communications. John holds an MBA in Finance from Drake University and a BBA with a double major in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa.
