Rob Gillis

Rob Gillis is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and fund management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Realty Income Corporation since January 2025, Rob held the position of Portfolio Manager at Dream Unlimited from October 2021 to January 2025, focusing on Dream US Industrial. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Prologis spanned over a decade, where Rob progressed from Financial Analyst to Vice President, taking on roles in both dispositions and fund management. Additional experience includes internships at CU Real Estate Foundation and strong foundational roles at Centennial Realty Advisors and Taylor Morrison Homes. Rob earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Business and Spanish from Colorado State University.
