Ryan McManus is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate fund administration and financial reporting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Realty Income Corporation since January 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Director at CBRE from May 2021 to January 2025, leading initiatives within the Investment Accounting & Reporting group, which manages over $250 billion in assets. Prior to that, Ryan was Senior Vice President at Colony Capital, Inc. from July 2001 to April 2021, overseeing fund and investor reporting for a diverse portfolio of global private real estate vehicles. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA, obtained between January 1997 and January 2001.
