Tashena Johnson

Tashena Johnson is an experienced Area Manager at Realty & Mortgage Co. since June 2011, overseeing multiple housing cooperatives and complex properties while managing accounts and budgets. Previously, Tashena served as Regional Area Manager, managing Harper Square Co-Op, which includes 591 units and generates approximately 7 million dollars annually. Tashena's career also includes roles such as Property Manager, where leadership of a staff for affordable housing units was key, and early positions as Assistant Property Manager and Administrative Assistant at Harper Square. In addition, Tashena worked as a Community Computer Instructor at South Suburban College, designing and teaching computer courses for a diverse age group.
