Kate Wilson

Kate Wilson is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with a diverse background spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Korman Communities since August 2021 and a Licensed Realtor with Realty One Group Restore since January 2022, Kate is an active member of several key real estate associations. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as Financial Analyst and Community Association Manager at DiLucia Management Corp., where responsibilities included financial oversight for various condominium and homeowner associations. Prior roles also encompass accounting and property management positions at Pinnacle Property Management Services and Colonial Properties Trust, among others. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Stockton University.
